1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Legacy RTO 360, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to enter accurate business and customer data and to comply with applicable rent-to-own and collection laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are handled per our refund policy. Wix rejects charges under $0.50.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to store fraudulent data, harass customers, or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Compliance reference
State-by-state RTO and collection rules provided in the platform are reference summaries only and do not constitute legal advice. Always verify against current statutes before acting.
