We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, and business details when you register or subscribe. We also collect operational data you enter into the platform, including customer agreements, payment records, delivery details, and store information.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate and maintain your account, provide the Legacy RTO 360 platform features, process payments, send service notifications, and improve our features. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data security
Access to your data is controlled through role-based permissions and row-level security. Each store manager sees only the data assigned to their location. Payment card data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor and never stored on our servers.
4. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
